About Me

Journeying alongside people of all ages as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and problems is a tremendous privilege, and I hold this sacred space with reverence.

I work with clients in Tennessee and Vermont, as an LPC/MHSP-S (Licensed Professional Counselor / Mental Health Service Provider - Supervisor) and an LCMHC-S (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - Supervisor). I hold certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy), with specializations in polyvagal therapy to address trauma, addiction and substance abuse recovery, climate anxiety and grief, and gender / sexuality / relational minorities (especially trans youth and their families). I have training in preparation and integration sessions, and I offer supervision for post-masters / pre-licensed clinicians working toward LPC/MHSP licensure in Tennessee or any allied mental health practitioner license in Vermont..

I hold an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MTSU, an M.F.A. from Ohio University, and a B.A. from Baylor University. I am honored to be part of a 9-month training cohort in psychedelic research and therapy in 2024-2025 through the California Institute for Integral Studies.

Outside the office, I can be found roaming the woods and fields with my shelter rescue pup, Juno.
